Attempted to make a new patient appt today and was met with what appeared to be discriminatory practices because my child has Medicaid.

i was wondering if i could call and see what’s going on. i was told i am getting braces on july 11th by my mother and i would like to know what im getting exactly. (if thats true she might have misheard you guys)

I have been to a few orthodontist about my concerns with my bite and Dr. Bates is the first to put me at ease. Dr. Bates is very thorough when explaining each step of my Invisalign treatment. Absolutely LOVED each and every staff member at Bates Orthodontics! From the receptionists, to the orthodontist techs, everyone was so friendly and pleasant! Very nice facility with friendly, helpful and happy staff. Looks like everyone working there enjoys their job and that alone makes for a great experience. Options for my sons procedure were well explained and reasonably priced with a nice payment option if needed.

You’ll be spoiled here with great customer service, clean everything, and high tech tools. My favorite is the big TV screen on the ceiling where I can watch Netflix while I get my teeth checked out. Also, Dr. Bates knows his stuff. I can trust him to have my best interest in mind.
