I love Dr. Bates and all of his staff. I was so nervous and anxious to get braces and he took his time to talk me through everything he was doing and about to do. He allowed me to take little breaks in between if I needed them and let me go at my own pace, while getting them on, while having them tightened, while getting them off and everything in between. He’s absolutely amazing and has the sweetest little therapy dog! I couldn’t have asked for or received anything better. I would 100% recommend him to any and everyone without a doubt. (And I already have to a few friends) He’ll answer any questions you have and he’s super patient and friendly and definitely makes you feel like you’re in good hands. (And you definitely are) I couldn’t say enough good things about him and his staff! He has three great locations so one is bound to be convenient for everyone and even if it’s not, he’s definitely worth the drive every six to eight weeks!

My daughter got her braces just last week. As I never had braces and know zero people who have, the staff has been amazing at helping us figure everything out. The staff is all super nice, and one of them even offered to meet us at the office after hours Friday to help us with a wire that had come loose! I’m so glad my dentist recommended them!

Dr Bates and staff have been wonderful to my son and daughter (previous patient of Dr Tran). Always willing to help in any situation and takes the time to get to know the patients. What a great experience!

El doctor Bates y su personal son realmente fabulosos! Se tomaron su tiempo para escucharme y fueron muy cuidadosos conmigo. Yo vivo en York Pennsylvania y prefiero manejar 3 horas y media porque sé que voy a tener el mejor trabajo y cuidado. Se los recomiendo de verdad no se van a arrepentir. I have problems with my teeth and jaw I have always struggled to find a good dentist and I had to start from scratch since I moved from Texas and I finally found one. Dr. Bates and staff are fabulous! They took their time to listen to me and were very caring. I live in York Pennsylvania and I prefer to drive 3 1/2 hours because I know I’m going to get the best work & treatment with them. I recommend them I promise you won’t regret it.
