I have been to a few orthodontist about my concerns with my bite and Dr. Bates is the first to put me at ease. Dr. Bates is very thorough when explaining each step of my Invisalign treatment. Let me start by saying the staff here are so amazing! I had braces that were not well taken care of due to switch of insurances and had to find a oRthodontics office that can remove them for me. The offices in my area weren’t very helpful. I ended up driving two hours to Dr. Bates office to have them removed . And let me say it was worth the drive . They are VERY nice and attentive ! My braces were removed without any complications and within a hour i had my retainers . Just from observing Dr.Bates and the other staff with there patients it was very welcoming . I will definitely recommend this office for all orthodontics needs!
