I went to Dr. Bates for numerous things, crooked teeth, alignment, and TMJ issues. Dr. Bates treated my crooked teeth without necessitating a full alignment when other orthodontists wouldn’t (and it was super reasonably priced), he was flexible with my time constraints (on when I would be moving), and most importantly he changed my life with my TMJ. I have no words to describe how incredibly overwhelmed I was that Dr. Bates helped stop the constant pain I had in my jaw and ear from the TMJ. I felt like crying tears of joy because it was absolutely affecting my everyday life. Although, my TMJ isn’t completely gone, the everyday pain is no longer an issue. I cannot thank Dr. Bates and his staff enough for completely changing my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you’re contemplating an orthodontist, I urge you. Please look no further. I was going to wait until once I completed treatment to leave a review, but I can’t lol. This place has been amazing from the start. Dr.Bates is personable and informative. Everyone in the office is so kind and proactive. The price for treatment was fair. I chose Bates for my second round of Invisalign after experiencing some shift due to not wearing my retainer (bad, I know). Every visit was smooth and I never waited a crazy long time. And now, with all that is going on, they are keeping patients in the loop and being innovative to still provide care. 100% recommend!

I love Bates Orthodontics! They treated me and my husband with Invisalign and our teeth look amazing. My kids had orthodontic treatment and we decided now was our time! Appointments are quick and efficient. Their office is so well appointed and the staff is friendly and professional.

Outstanding, professional, caring staff that answered all my questions and took very good care of me and made sure I was completely comfortable and understood everything that was going to happen throughout the process. Caring receptionist that was professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in and not only helped me with everything, but was able to help the Spanish only speaking parents that had brought their child in for their appointment. They are very military friendly and can work with almost any budget you have.
