Dr. Bates and his wonderful staff have taken great care of my family for many years… First with our daughter’s braces, then with our son’s and then with my Invisalign! We are all smiling a LOT more these days. They have managed to continually exceed expectations on all levels. We are on round two of braces with Dr. Bates and his team. He is an incredibly informative, gentle and responsive doctor. All of my questions are answered thoroughly. My kids love him and love going to his office. His staff is cheerful and relational. Also, having gone to a number of orthodontists in the past, we are thrilled that Dr. Bates has great affordable pricing and good payment plans. BEST experience!!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bates and his staff! Hope was overjoyed to get her braces off, but I sure will miss going in for checkups with her and playing Pac-Man with her sister while waiting! 🤣

I went to Dr. Bates for numerous things, crooked teeth, alignment, and TMJ issues. Dr. Bates treated my crooked teeth without necessitating a full alignment when other orthodontists wouldn’t (and it was super reasonably priced), he was flexible with my time constraints (on when I would be moving), and most importantly he changed my life with my TMJ. I have no words to describe how incredibly overwhelmed I was that Dr. Bates helped stop the constant pain I had in my jaw and ear from the TMJ. I felt like crying tears of joy because it was absolutely affecting my everyday life. Although, my TMJ isn’t completely gone, the everyday pain is no longer an issue.
