Everyone here is so friendly and professional. Both of my kids have gotten braces with Dr. Bates and they have done an amazing job. With so many offices to choose from, they are always convenient. We especially love working with Taniqua!

You’ll be spoiled here with great customer service, clean everything, and high tech tools. My favorite is the big TV screen on the ceiling where I can watch Netflix while I get my teeth checked out. Also, Dr. Bates knows his stuff. I can trust him to have my best interest in mind.

Dr Bates and his staff are very friendly. They explained everything in detail. We had the pleasure of meeting Taniqua and she is wonderful!!! Such a ball of energy and we loved it! My experience at Bates has been amazing. They went above and beyond to assist with getting me approved for services by my insurance and have provided excellent care.
