I was going to wait until once I completed treatment to leave a review, but I can’t lol. This place has been amazing from the start. Dr.Bates is personable and informative. Everyone in the office is so kind and proactive. The price for treatment was fair. I chose Bates for my second round of Invisalign after experiencing some shift due to not wearing my retainer (bad, I know). Every visit was smooth and I never waited a crazy long time. And now, with all that is going on, they are keeping patients in the loop and being innovative to still provide care. 100% recommend!

Dr. Bates along with the lovely staff are so kind and patient with my son. Taniqua makes my son smile and she’s always cutting up and making sweet, small talk with him and myself. Madison has also worked with my son and she’s such a sweet heart too! He was nervous at first but they subsided his fears and showed him how all of the equipment worked. It was also nice to have their therapy dog, Scout, there as a comfort as well.
