I absolutely love Bates Orthodontics! Everyone is so wonderful and super nice. I feel very comfortable with the self-ligating clear braces, the rubbers, and everything that goes with this process. This is my first time getting braces, and so far I’ve had the best experience! I’m not able to get colors due to my job, and they have been very understanding and cooperative with keeping everything transparent. I am so happy with my decision to go to Bates Orthodontics, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is interested.

This was the most professional, expedited and friendly experience I’ve ever had with an orthodontist office. The front desk is extremely responsive and helpful – I was able to connect with someone and schedule an appointment immediately. The text messaging feature to communicate, request appointments, and ask questions is super helpful. The office was beautiful and clean I am happy to have found this great team!!!

I used the Chester location and I am SO PLEASED with the customer service and overall experience my son and I received from consultation to application. Dr. Bates takes his time to listen to questions and explain procedures during consultation. And our technician today, Taniqua, was SO FRIENDLY! She explained everything she was doing during the process, going out of her way to make my son feel comfortable while getting his braces put on. I would absolutely recommend anyone to schedule a consultation with them if you are shopping for braces!

I went to Dr. Bates for numerous things, crooked teeth, alignment, and TMJ issues. Dr. Bates treated my crooked teeth without necessitating a full alignment when other orthodontists wouldn’t (and it was super reasonably priced), he was flexible with my time constraints (on when I would be moving), and most importantly he changed my life with my TMJ. I have no words to describe how incredibly overwhelmed I was that Dr. Bates helped stop the constant pain I had in my jaw and ear from the TMJ. I felt like crying tears of joy because it was absolutely affecting my everyday life. Although, my TMJ isn’t completely gone, the everyday pain is no longer an issue. I cannot thank Dr. Bates and his staff enough for completely changing my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you’re contemplating an orthodontist, I urge you. Please look no further.
