You’ll be spoiled here with great customer service, clean everything, and high tech tools. My favorite is the big TV screen on the ceiling where I can watch Netflix while I get my teeth checked out. Also, Dr. Bates knows his stuff. I can trust him to have my best interest in mind.

We have been going to Dr. Bates since he first started his practice when my son was 8 years old. He and his staff are wonderful. They’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure my kids have the best treatment, are comfortable, and their teeth look amazing. Neither of my children have had to keep their braces for longer than he estimated. Dr. Bates uses state-of-the-art and the most up-to-date equipment and procedures. We have referred many friends and family to his practice and all have been completely satisfied. Bonus is we feel like family there!
