Dr. Bates along with the lovely staff are so kind and patient with my son. Taniqua makes my son smile and she’s always cutting up and making sweet, small talk with him and myself. Madison has also worked with my son and she’s such a sweet heart too! He was nervous at first but they subsided his fears and showed him how all of the equipment worked. It was also nice to have their therapy dog, Scout, there as a comfort as well.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. As a senior adult I wanted Invisalign and was apperhensive about going, I went and could not be happier with the results.

We have been going to Dr. Bates since he first started his practice when my son was 8 years old. He and his staff are wonderful. They’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure my kids have the best treatment, are comfortable, and their teeth look amazing. Neither of my children have had to keep their braces for longer than he estimated. Dr. Bates uses state-of-the-art and the most up-to-date equipment and procedures. We have referred many friends and family to his practice and all have been completely satisfied. Bonus is we feel like family there!
