I went to Dr. Bates for numerous things, crooked teeth, alignment, and TMJ issues. Dr. Bates treated my crooked teeth without necessitating a full alignment when other orthodontists wouldn’t (and it was super reasonably priced), he was flexible with my time constraints (on when I would be moving), and most importantly he changed my life with my TMJ. I have no words to describe how incredibly overwhelmed I was that Dr. Bates helped stop the constant pain I had in my jaw and ear from the TMJ. I felt like crying tears of joy because it was absolutely affecting my everyday life. Although, my TMJ isn’t completely gone, the everyday pain is no longer an issue. My daughter just began her braces journey. We are excited and so happy that we chose Bates Orthodontics. Everyone is very friendly and personable! The whole experience has been amazing so far and we are very excited to have this experience with an office that truly cares about the patients!

I love everyone in the office. You are always greeted with a positive attuited from all of the staff. Kim and Taniqua are my favorite. Dr. Bates is supper wonderful, he explain everything in details and make sure you understand and don’t mind explaining again to make sure you understand. Let not forget about Scout, I adore Scout. Dr.Ghowsi is very kind and knowledgeable.

We were referred by my dentist, Faryl Hart for vraces. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. There is even a therapy dog for anxious kids to keep distracted. Everything was explained thoroughly and they have in house financing which helps a lot. I can’t say my daughter enjoys going but I am highly impressed with the friendly staff and in less than 6 mon t hs her teeth are very noticably straighter.

We had a great experience today at Bates Orthodontist! My daughter got braces and Taniqua was amazing. She really made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything in detail.
