This office is phenomenal. The office is nice and inviting from the moment you walk in. All of the staff is very friendly and personable. My son is a new patient and was a little leary. He tends to get a little anxious going to any health provider. The staff made him feel comfortable. His braces were put on with no worries. This is perhaps one of the best offices we have been to. I was pleasantly pleased and glad I chose them for my son’s orthodontic needs. I would highly recommend Bates Orthodontics!

Bates orthodontics is an amazing place! Dr Bates has been in charge of braces for our entire family. He has always made my children feel at ease. His staff is amazing! They know our names and always deliver service with a smile. They never try to add on unnecessary services and They always explain the next step of the plan in a way that is easy to understand. I chose Bates Braces for my adult Invisalign after consulting with various offices in the area. Dr. Bates and his team made me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. We were referred by my dentist, Faryl Hart for vraces. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. There is even a therapy dog for anxious kids to keep distracted. Everything was explained thoroughly and they have in house financing which helps a lot. I can’t say my daughter enjoys going but I am highly impressed with the friendly staff and in less than 6 mon t hs her teeth are very noticably straighter.

We had a great experience today at Bates Orthodontist! My daughter got braces and Taniqua was amazing. She really made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything in detail.
