I went to Dr. Bates for numerous things, crooked teeth, alignment, and TMJ issues. Dr. Bates treated my crooked teeth without necessitating a full alignment when other orthodontists wouldn’t (and it was super reasonably priced), he was flexible with my time constraints (on when I would be moving), and most importantly he changed my life with my TMJ. I have no words to describe how incredibly overwhelmed I was that Dr. Bates helped stop the constant pain I had in my jaw and ear from the TMJ. I felt like crying tears of joy because it was absolutely affecting my everyday life. Although, my TMJ isn’t completely gone, the everyday pain is no longer an issue. I cannot thank Dr. Bates and his staff enough for completely changing my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you’re contemplating an orthodontist, I urge you. Please look no further. Dr. Bates and his team do a great job with orthodontics. I got Invisalign at Bates Braces which is apparently a rapidly growing procedure for adults. Not only was the Bates team quick, well coordinated, and easy to work with, Dr. Bates himself was great! He took time to explain the implications of the different steps. Because of that, I felt prepared for the journey of wearing Invisalign aligners as an adult. He was also conscientious about discussing things that, from his perspective were important, but had an optional component. Getting my input as the patient was important to Dr. Bates. Combined with his professional expertise, this made for a great experience. I’m so glad I was able to work with Bate’s Braces. Now my teeth look great!

This is by far the best orthodontist and the staff is awesome!! My daughter was a patient and now I am and I can’t say anything negative about them. The offices are always clean and neat and the staff always has a smile on their face and sweetness in their voices. Go Bates orthodontist!!!
