Dr. Bates is supper wonderful, he explain everything in details and make sure you understand and don’t mind explaining again to make sure you understand. Let not forget about Scout, I adore Scout. Dr. Bates and his wonderful staff have taken great care of my family for many years… First with our daughter’s braces, then with our son’s and then with my Invisalign! We are all smiling a LOT more these days. They have managed to continually exceed expectations on all levels. Dr. Bates has a dynamic and calm demeanor, is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest trends in orthodontics. Whether for yourself or your children, rest assured you’ll be in amazing hands with this staff. My teeth look amazing, I never felt uncomfortable during treatment (having someone in your mouth is a little unnerving!), and was always greeted with a smile. I love that their staff cared about me as a person that Dr. Bates and his wife make this a priority with all patients.
