My oldest child saw Dr. Bates and his team several years ago and now that my youngest child needs orthodontia care, there is nowhere else we would rather go! Dr. Bates and his team are phenomenal. They are warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone we have interacted with has been so kind and made both of my girls feel totally comfortable at every visit. From the office staff, to the Ortho assistants, to the doctor himself — the entire team is exceptional and great at what they do. I absolutely recommend this team for your family’s orthodontia needs!
